The fact is, we’re one of our areas leading business and commercial printing companies. We have increased sales steadily over the years with a combination of acquisitions, aggressive marketing, referrals and expansion into new markets and opprtunities. But, we are simply too large to continue this growth without professional sales help. If you are a winning salesperson with at least 3 years of sales experience, we need you on our team!
First, let's clear something up.
With a name like Minuteman Press, many graphics professionals think of the Mom-n-Pop quick printer in the strip mall, running an ABDick and a table top xerox machine and selling rubber stamps and wedding invitations.
Well - that ain't us.
We're a $3 million plus company with 18 full-time employees, cutting edge offset and pre-press technology, 6 presses including a 5-color GTO, full bindery, and seperate direct mail production company.
Our parent company is PrintCom, Inc. We have 3 divisions: quick printer Minuteman Press, business printer MMP Printing and Digital Graphics and sister company MMP Direct which handles direct mail processing and marketing. The cross selling opportunities are endless.
We are centrally located in the San Fernando Valley serving a profitable small/medium format offset market. We provide both traditional and digital printing services to our base of manufacturing, medical, financial and service industry clientele.

Prior sales experience is a requirement and we prefer someone with a printing sales background. However, but if you have graphics industry experience and the right attitude and ability, we may be able to work with limited printing sales experience.
Most important is your discipline and work ethic, the ability to call on the right people and develop profitable relationships, and the desire to increase personal income on the strength of performance. You’ll need to have a stable work history, a good work ethic and the desire to win.
